VisitEngland has launched an updated Pink Book which provides guidance for running an accommodation business – from food hygiene and health and safety to obtaining entertainment and alcohol licences.
The latest edition includes new information on Package Travel Regulations (2018), General Data Protection Regulation (2018) as well as a chapter on Legionnaires’ Disease prevention. And new to the Pink Book is guidance on the use of closed-circuit television (CCTV) on business premises.
