The Bombay Sapphire Distillery is based at Laverstoke Mill near Whitchurch in Hampshire, and sits in a leafy conservation area astride the River Test just 60 miles from London and 15 miles from Winchester. The site dates back to 900 AD; but most notably it was a Georgian and Victorian paper mill which produced all the bank notes for the Bank of England and the British Empire. Not only does the Bombay Sapphire Distillery produce all the world’s Bombay Sapphire gin, but it offers a range of experiences; from self-guided and hosted experiences to bespoke events and interactive cocktail masterclasses, there is something to suit every group.
