Kent has been named Best UK Destination for Groups at the 2019 Group Travel Awards.
The awards celebrate a wide range of businesses and destinations across the tourism industry, with winners voted for by readers of GTO magazine and industry newsletter Group Travel Grapevine. Also nominated in the Best UK Destination for Groups category were Bournemouth, Canterbury, Isle of Wight, Liverpool, London and Manchester, with Bristol taking the runner-up position and Kent winning the award.
