We are delighted to invite our buyer members to our upcoming Discover Windsor event hosted by VisitWindsor.
The VisitWindsor team would like to invite you to join them in this very special year of HM The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. As the town prepares to celebrate this incredible milestone, we’ll be showcasing Platinum Jubilee exhibitions, events, tours and even beer alongside some new product and itineraries, which we hope will appeal to your customers. Come and meet a great range of suppliers, from our iconic visitor attractions, to some of our hidden gems you may not be aware of.
During the event, UKinbound will run a half-day workshop offering pre-scheduled B2B meetings providing the opportunity to develop business relationships with local suppliers.
There will also be an opportunity to participate in fam trips showcasing Windsor.

13:00 Depart from London Paddington
14:00 Arrive in Windsor and check in to The Castle Hotel
14:45 Transfer to The Savill Garden, Windsor Great Park
15:15 Tour of The Savill Garden
16:15 Return to The Castle Hotel
16:45 Free time to change for evening activities
17:10 Walk across to Windsor Castle Visitor Centre
17:15 Evening Tour of Windsor Castle State Apartments
19:15 Return to The Castle Hotel for show round, drinks and dinner
Monday 14 March
Morning – B2B Workshop at Windsor & Eton Brewery
07:00 to 08.00 Breakfast at the hotel
08:15 Check out of hotel and store luggage at reception
08.30 Walk to Windsor & Eton Brewery
08:45 Arrive at Brewery for Workshop
09:00 Registration and Welcome presentations

13:00 Lunch and Brewery Micro Tours in small groups
14:00 Guided walking tour with Amanda Bryett, Windsor Tourist Guides Ltd
14:45 River Thames trip with French Brothers Boats

17:00 Walk back to Castle Hotel to collect luggage and depart
17:50 Depart Windsor & Eton Central for return to London
