The Steam Dreams Rail Co. have announced they will be holding 2021 prices for this year’s Royal Windsor Steam Express services.
Groups can join steam train services from London Victoria on Tuesdays between 10 May and 23 August at the same prices as last year. The journeys, which started in 2019, will take passengers to Windsor in beautifully decorated vintage carriages, pulled by B1 Class steam locomotive – ‘Mayflower’ – built in 1948 and sporting British Rail apple green livery.
The one-way journeys to Windsor will depart at 0900 and 1200. Passengers travelling in Pullman Style Dining can enjoy a Champagne Brunch on board in vintage carriages with wood panelled walls, table lamps and curtains all reminiscent of a by-gone era. Tickets start from £89 per person for Pullman Style Dining. For those passengers wishing to travel without dining there are two further classes, First Class, which includes complimentary tea or coffee table service from £59 per person, and Standard Class, with snacks and drinks available to purchase on board from £39 per person. Group rates are also available for bookings of 10 passengers or more.
