AC Group are currently seeking to recruit a Commercial Director, who will work very closely with the CEO and senior management team, supporting with the setting of business strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing (& growing) a team of key account managers
- Managing the relationships with key partners – agents & suppliers
Key skills & experience:
- Strategic thinker
- A “coach” with ability to develop team members and provide opportunities to grow
- Ability to manage in a high pressure environment
- Ability to manage a hybrid team in multiple locations
- Experience of working in travel industry with existing contacts within supply chain
- Understanding of tailor made travel for groups and FIT travellers
- Understanding and contacts within luxury travel would be beneficial
- Ability to speak French would be beneficial
- Flexible to travel regularly for business to visit team members and partners
