Pre-registration is now open for free show entry to Excursions 2023, a group travel show for tour and coach operators, GTOs, itinerary planners and hobby groups.
The 49th annual show returns to Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 28 January 2023 to provide ideas, inspiration, special offers and booking opportunities for anyone organising days out or short breaks for groups.
Online pre-registration offers visitors multiple benefits, including:
- Fast-tracked, free entry to the main show
- Priority booking for the Twickenham Stadium Tour
- 10% discount on food and drink at the show, available to visitors who pre-register before 1 December 2022
- The opportunity to book coach transfers direct to Twickenham Stadium for £5 per person
Additionally, in January 2023 pre-registered visitors will be invited to schedule meetings with exhibitors at the show by using Excursions’ new online planning tool. The user-friendly meeting scheduler will enable visitors to maximise their time at the show and ensure they discover and connect with the exhibitors that pique their interest.
With the support of Coach Marque and their accredited members, 13 coaches will be collecting and dropping off delegates at the following locations:

Coach 8: Leicester – Northampton – Milton Keynes – Watford
Coach 9: Peterborough – St Neots – Stevenage – Hatfield
Coach 10: Stratton – Norwich – Thetford – Cambridge
