Picniq appointed Dom Brancaleone as the new Head of Brand & Culture to mark a new chapter at the rapidly growing family focused business. Currently, Picniq has some big aspirations for growth and are investing heavily in their people and infrastructure to deliver for their customers.
The role has been designed to help strengthen the external brand and internal culture to ensure the company delivers a more diverse offering and exceptional customer experience for their community of 665,000+ followers. Working closely with CEO and Founder Claire Skerrett, as well as Managing Director Matt Skerrett, Dom has already started to lay the foundations for Picniq’s ongoing strategy and roadmap with and updated purpose, vision, mission, values, and promise.
Talking about the new appointment, Claire said, “We see this as one of the most important roles in the business. Not only will Dom be working to evolve the brand and using his creativity and experience to feed into the overarching business and marketing strategy, but he will also be ensuring that all our internal departments are aligned with the organisation’s mission.”
