Westminster Abbey, the 700-year-old building and coronation church since 1066 is hosting a series of Brass on the Grass lunchtime concerts this summer, taking place in the College Garden. Concerts run every Wednesday until 30 August and are free to attend, with no bookings required.
Bands and performance dates are as follows:
- 2 August: Regent Brass
- 9 August: Wantage Silver Band
- 16 August: Chiltern Hills Brass Band
- 23 August: The Enfield Brass Band
- 30 August: The Merton Concert Band
