Historic Environment Scotland has announced that Castle of Lights will return to Edinburgh this winter, with all new projections set to illuminate the walls of the attraction.
Visitors are invited to explore the ‘Defender of the Nation’ in a new light with Castle of Light: Magic and Mystery. As the night falls, visitors will experience a transformation of the castle with a display of lights, where inspiring stories and entertaining characters will be brought to life.
Tickets must be booked in advance. The event takes place outdoors and there is no visitor access to interior areas of the castle, except an indoor catering area.
