Bókun is seeking a Product Designer to spearhead design innovation within their organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Craft exceptional, user-centric digital experiences within a software product environment.
- Collaborate on and contribute to the development of a design system that standardises visual styles, UI patterns, and functional logic across the entire product suite.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent consumer experiences by closely collaborating with software engineers and product managers.
- Lead design discussions and champion design thinking within the organisation.
- Collaborate closely with a dynamic, entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced environment.
- Design for a complex B2B SaaS platform within the travel industry.
Key skills & experience:
- 3+ years of design experience at consumer-focused brands or agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product design projects from initial ideation through detailed execution and delivery, including navigation, UI transformations, and screen state variations.
- Experience working in agile teams and the ability to establish design processes from the ground up.
- Proficiency in translating design research, strategic market positioning, and technical requirements into a cohesive design direction, encompassing both visuals and interactions.
- Exposure to data-driven design principles and decision-making processes.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing contributions to digital products, highlighting originality, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with user research and experience designing for complex SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in Figma, the tool used at the company.
