INTX has announced a 40% growth in 2023, highlighting its commitment to excellence amidst a thriving tourism landscape. Additionally, the company has seen a 150% growth from pre-pandemic levels in coach and chauffeur hire, coupled with a 40% increase in sales in the past financial year.

In 2023, the UK witnessed an influx of visitors seeking new travel experiences, boosting the need for transport options. INTX quickly stepped up to meet the increasing demands of tourists, making sure they had smooth and hassle-free travel experiences across the UK.

The company also strengthened its workforce by adding six new team members, each bringing diverse skillsets to elevate service standards and ensure client satisfaction. The new appointments include a new Company Director, General Manager, Marketing Manager and Sustainability Lead, two Client Services Specialists and an Additional Operations and Finance Specialist. To boost operational capabilities, INTX moved to a larger office on Goodlass Road in Liverpool. This new space accommodates the growing team and the increasing demands of clients.

Throughout 2023, INTX’s directors took part in various conferences and travel events, including the UKinbound Convention in Belfast, World Travel Market and BIM in London and VisitScotland Connect in Aberdeen. These events helped INTX build valuable connections and partnerships, driving the company’s growth.

INTX tapped into the growing cruise industry by providing smooth transportation solutions for 300 delegates from Mexico on a privately chartered cruise ship visiting 10 UK and Ireland ports. This success strengthened INTX’s reputation as a trusted partner in the tourism sector.

Using its expertise and Liverpool base, INTX played a key role in coordinating transport for Eurovision, one of the biggest events in entertainment. The company made sure participants and attendees had seamless transport experiences, contributing to the event’s success.

Andrew Globe, Managing Director at INTX said, “As the UK sees a surge in inbound tourism, we’re committed to providing exceptional transportation services and creating memorable travel experiences for visitors. We’re excited about INTX’s exceptional growth in 2023, which reflects our relentless pursuit of excellence and commitment to client satisfaction.”

Looking ahead, INTX expects continued growth in 2024, with a sales target exceeding £2 million. With a proven track record of excellence and a strong commitment to client satisfaction, INTX is ready to meet the evolving needs of the growing tourism sector.
