Elman Wall has announced its rebranding to Xeinadin. This transformation marks a significant milestone in Elman Wall’s journey, one that began two years ago with Exponent’s investment into the business.
The transition to Xeinadin brings numerous benefits to travel businesses, enhancing Elman Wall’s robust suite of services with additional expertise and resources. This includes a consolidation of the team’s unparalleled guidance on travel VAT and the Tour Operators Margin Scheme (TOMS), ensuring compliance and optimal tax planning.
Under the Xeinadin name, the company will continue to help travel businesses innovate and grow by maximising their claims for R&D tax credits. Additionally, it will maintain its support in corporate finance, cloud accounting, EU trading, and tailored accountancy solutions for smaller travel businesses, including ABTA and ATOL accounts and comprehensive tax consultancy.
Over the past two years, Elman Wall’s journey with Xeinadin, bolstered by Exponent’s investment, has seen significant transformations in IT, HR, and other areas. The company is evolving into a full-service, technologically advanced audit, accountancy, and advisory firm.
Jonathan Wall, Head of Travel at Xeinadin said, “We are built on our strong ‘local’ relationships with our travel sector clients but now boast the national strength and range of support that we could never have offered as an independent, boutique firm. As Xeinadin, Elman Wall will remain at the heart of the travel industry and continue to support our travel clients with decades of expertise and experience in audit, tax, TOMS and regulatory and commercial advice relating across all travel sectors. On a personal note, starting Elman Wall in January 1995, I could not have imagined just how far our journey would take us, nor the incredible people I would meet along the way.”
Derry Crowley, CEO of Xeinadin added, “This is a landmark announcement for us and a clear demonstration of our appeal to firms seeking to benefit from increased breadth and depth of expertise. Whilst the name, Elman Wall, will be retired, the business’ travel industry specific identity and ethos will live on under the Xeinadin name. I’m excited to work with Jonathan and the team on the next chapter of travel audit and advisory services at Xeinadin.”
