Battersea Power Station has announced it will once again be the home of sports and games this summer with the return of The Battersea Games from 1 July to 8 September 2024.
Now in its second year, this event offers visitors the opportunity to spectate or participate in an exciting array of sports and activities across the riverside neighbourhood. Visitors can look forward to a variety of activities including a 100m running track, table tennis, a 3×3 basketball court, a Rocket Padel pop-up court, a climbing wall, fast feet football, and cycle speed racing.
The Wimbledon Experience, presented by Ocean Outdoor and the All-England Lawn Tennis Club, will also be returning for its second year. From 1 to 14 July, all the live action will be shown on the big screen in Power Station Park.
This will be followed by the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, showcased at the Official Team GB Battersea Power Station Fanzone from 26 July to 11 August, delivered by Team GB and Ocean Outdoor. The summer of sport will be rounded off by the Paralympic Games, with one of the capital’s Official Paralympics GB Fanzones open from 28 August to 8 September, also delivered by Ocean Outdoor.
