Liverpool FC has revamped its museum for the first time in a decade, offering a brand-new immersive way to retell the club’s story. Located in the heart of Anfield, the museum is a tribute to the club’s legacy, inviting fans worldwide to discover and experience the LFC story from past to present. State-of-the-art exhibits showcase iconic moments, legendary players, and illustrious achievements.

The relaunch features cutting-edge technology, including multimedia installations, to bring the club’s history to life. From its humble origins to its status as one of the world’s most historic and famous football clubs, the reimagined space celebrates LFC’s status as English football’s most successful club.

The museum now boasts nine new spaces, guiding visitors on a journey through time, starting with ‘where it all began’ and concluding with a tribute to former manager Jürgen Klopp. Interactive displays allow fans to engage with the club’s story, including a closer look at the evolution of the famous LFC kits. All major trophies have been brought together in one place for the first time.

Mike Cox, Senior Vice President of Museum and Tours at Liverpool FC, commented, “The LFC museum is more than just a collection of artefacts; it’s a place where we can celebrate the club’s heritage and the incredible journey we’ve shared with our fans. The new space is a modern revamp of our story that remembers our past and looks to our future. We can’t wait for the fans to experience the magic of Liverpool FC in this new immersive way.”

Anfield’s Museum and Tour ranks among Liverpool’s top tourist attractions, significantly contributing to the city’s visitor economy. Last year, nearly 400,000 visitors participated in the Anfield Tour, experiencing behind-the-scenes access to the iconic football club.

In time for the busy summer season, LFC’s Stadium Tours & Experiences relaunched and received a Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice award, placing it in the top 10% of attractions worldwide. This accolade is based on consistently high reviews and ratings collected over the past year.
