Tour Partner Group has appointed John Taker as Managing Director of UK & Ireland – Groups. His appointment marks a significant step towards driving business goals following a period of solid growth.
John brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry. His most recent role was as Chief Contracting Officer at Meeting Point Emirates, part of the FTI Group. With a rich background in contracting, operations, customer delivery, and DMCs, John is well-equipped to bring invaluable insights to the Tour Partner Group team.
In his new role, John will oversee key areas of the business, focusing on supplier relationships and operations supporting Paul Hastings-Gayle, Chief Revenue Officer, to deliver operational excellence for new and incremental sales in the UK and Ireland. His expertise is expected to harness synergy revenue opportunities across the company, contributing significantly to ambitious growth plans.
