Spinnaker Tower (part of Continuum Attractions) is seeking a General Manager to lead the team.
With a proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service and innovative product development, you will also demonstrate a sound understanding of business and financial procedures and effective leadership of teams and resources. This role demands a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for delivery.
You will produce and deliver an Annual Operating Business Plan focused on growing the business via capital investment, increasing guest numbers, and developing other commercial or guest enhancement opportunities.
The company is looking for a passionate leader who is genuinely interested in providing high-quality guest service and telling the stories of Spinnaker Tower.
