We are delighted to invite buyer members to our 2025 Discover Workshop in Inverness, in partnership with Visit Inverness Loch Ness.

Be captivated by Inverness’ rich history, beautiful waters, local cuisine, and warm Highland hospitality. Transform dreams of visiting Inverness and Loch Ness into reality and join an adventure you will never forget.
Upon arrival on 23 March, buyers will take part in a two-day familiarisation visit in Inverness to experience some of the destination’s travel trade friendly experiences and stunning scenery.
A B2B workshop will take place on 25 March between UKinbound buyers and Inverness suppliers, offering a unique networking opportunity and a chance to take part in a series of pre-scheduled, one-to-one meetings.

PROGRAMME:*
Sunday 23 March
15.10 Arrive at the airport in Inverness, taxi/transfer to central Inverness.
16:30: Check in to Kingsmills Hotel and enjoy a tea and coffee break
19:00: Dinner at Glen Mhor Hotel followed by a private tour of Uile-Bheist
21:00: Return back to Kingsmills Hotel
Monday 24 March
8:00: Breakfast at Kingsmills Hotel
9:30: Dochgarroch – Jacobite Tour
11:00: Old Manse Open House – Teas/coffees available
12:00: Travel to Loch Ness Country House
13:30: Inverness Castle Hard Hat Tour
15:30: Arrive at Achnagairn Castle
16:15 Axe throwing experience by In Your Element
17:45: Highland Dancing entertainment
18:15: Free time to get ready
19:30: Ball dinner with entertainment and whisky tasting
Tuesday 25 March
8:45: Presentations start
9:00: B2B workshop at Eden Court
12:45: End of B2B, transfer to Cawdor Castle for buffet lunch and tour
14:15: Travel to airport and end of Discover

Please note this event is open to BUYER MEMBERS ONLY. Places are very limited, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Places are restricted to ONE representative per buyer member company.
Bookings will close on Friday 10 January 2025
Any cancellations must be received in writing on or before Friday 10 January 2025 by 17:00. In the case of non-attendance on the day or cancellation after the above date, a £50+VAT charge will be applied to cover costs incurred. No refunds are available after the above date but a substitute attendee from your organisation would be accepted.
