C&M Travel Recruitment has announced that Managing Director Barbara (Basia) Kolosinska and Sales Director Duncan Tingle have completed a management buyout for the travel recruitment agency. The pair have purchased the remaining share capital from former Chairman Angus Chisholm, who founded the company in 1998, meaning they will now own 100% of the organisation.
Joining C&M as Recruitment Consultants in 1999 and 2002, respectively, Basia Kolosinska and Duncan Tingle have worked their way up through the company and have both spent the vast majority of their careers at C&M. Chisholm will remain with the agency as a Non-Executive Director.
Since forming 26 years ago, C&M has become an established travel recruitment consultancy, filling more than 20,000 travel industry roles. Working with all sectors, disciplines, and levels of the travel industry, C&M’s clients, business partners, and candidates can continue to expect exceptional service following the buyout.
