Vamonos Recruitment is seeking an HR Generalist for an adventure European Tour Operator who will support the Head of HR.
This could be your role if you have a background in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Employee relations: handling discipline, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication across all organisational levels
- Performance management
- HR Compliance
- Training & development: support and coordination
- Compensation & benefits: Administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and compensation plans to ensure competitive and equitable offerings
- HR data management
Key skills & experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour legislation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Understanding of recruitment and the employee life cycle
- Experience with payroll systems will be advantageous
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
