Spirit Journeys Worldwide, in collaboration with DMC Highlands, is seeking an energetic and creative Tour Creator to join their team. This role is at the heart of designing and delivering unique, bespoke tours that allow clients to experience the best Scotland offers.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and create journeys through Scotland, showcasing its rich history, landscapes, and vibrant culture.
- Handle enquiries and bookings across phone, email, and online platforms.
- Work closely with a team of chauffeurs, guides, and other partners to ensure smooth and seamless tour experiences.
- Customise tours based on each client’s interests, creating unforgettable, one-of-a-kind adventures.
- If any bumps come along the way, you’ll tackle them gracefully and efficiently, ensuring the experience remains top-notch.
- Stay on top of bookings and client details so nothing gets missed and everything runs smoothly.
