We are pleased to invite members to our Annual General Meeting on Monday 19 February 2024 at the Tower of London. Join us to hear the latest Association updates from Joss Croft OBE and the Board of Directors; we will also be announcing the new Board of Directors for 2024 – 2027. Stay on after the meeting to meet and connect with other UKinbound members during the networking evening.
Historic Royal Palaces are delighted to host the 2024 UKinbound Annual General Meeting at the most visited heritage attraction in Britain – the Tower of London. Nearly 1,000 years old, this UNESCO World Heritage site, former fortress, prison, Royal Mint and menagerie remains a Royal Palace and Treasury to this very day.
Attendees will be invited to experience the newly presented Jewel House. The Crown Jewels are powerful symbols of the British Monarchy and hold deep religious, historic, and cultural significance. The new display is the first major change to the Jewel House at the Tower of London for over a decade. The new exhibition, leading towards the Treasury where most of the Crown Jewels are kept explores the origins of some of the objects for the first time, as well as evoking the spectacle and pageantry of the Coronation procession and Service.
