TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Membership
Companies applying for a Member Rate must be a fully paid member of UKinbound for the membership year 2024/25 at the time of ATM 2025. If membership has lapsed, not been renewed, renewal payment not been received or if the company has not yet joined the association, UKinbound reserves the right to charge the difference between the member cost and the non-member cost.
Payment
Upon receipt of the booking form, an invoice will be issued for the full amount and is due within 30 days of invoice date. UKinbound reserves the right to deny access to the UKinbound stand at ATM 2025 should any costs related to this booking be outstanding at the commencement of the show. **Please note that in the event of currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
Cancellations
Cancellations received after submitting the booking form will not be entitled to any refund and the full exhibiting costs will be required. UKinbound reserves the right to withdraw its presence from Arabian Travel Market in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, exhibitors will be entitled to a full refund.
