We are delighted to invite tour operator members to our upcoming Destination Update and Virtual Fam Trip hosted by Visit Moray Speyside.
Join us and reacquaint yourself with Moray Speyside. A region best known as Scotland’s Malt Whisky Country – this session will showcase some of the other beverages produced in the region. Delegates will sample award-winning beers hand-crafted for exceptional taste at Windswept Brewery, and also the hear from the team at Ginspired Gin Trail on their G&Tineraries.
You will have the opportunity to explore the Moray coastline with the team at North 58 Adventures from the comfort of your own home before we head over to the Seafield Arms in Cullen to hear about the history and future of this newly refurbished luxury coastal hotel

As with our in-person fam trips, this event is free for tour operator members. Sample packs containing some interactive samples will be posted to each delegate ahead of the event; to ensure sufficient time for this, booking must close 12:00 on Monday 30 November.
You will also hear from Visit Moray Speyside on their plans for recovery and will have the opportunity to ask any questions directly to the team. After the event, attendees will be sent a destination update handout and 2020/21 rate card containing contact details of travel trade ready suppliers in the local areas.

There are a very limited number of places for this event, and therefore will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, bookings for this event must close at 12:00 on Monday 30 November.
Please note that this event is for TOUR OPERATOR MEMBERS ONLY and restricted to ONE representative per member company. If more than one person registers from the same company, the additional booking will be added to a waiting list. If this is the case with your booking, we will let you know that you have been added to the waiting list and that we cannot confirm your place unless we receive some cancellations prior to the event.
Any cancellations must be received in writing on or before Monday 30 November 2020. In the case of non-attendance on the day or cancellation after the above date, a £25+VAT charge will be applied to cover costs incurred. No refunds are available after the above date but a substitution attendee from your organisation would be accepted.
