Tour Partner Group has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire JacTravel, to create one of Europe’s leading Destination Management Companies.
JacTravel has been serving clients for 50 years and is known for its expertise in group tours and fully independent travel services. As specialists in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, in recent years JacTravel has expanded its offer to include key destinations in mainland Western Europe. By specialising in inbound travel to the UK and Ireland, creating and delivering tailormade city breaks, touring, and special interest programmes, JacTravel is an ideal addition to the growing Tour Partner Group.
Tour Partner Group is a group of leading B2B destination management companies for the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Nordics and Baltics. By leveraging JacTravel’s expertise in Group tours and Fully Independent Travel, Tour Partner Group will further expand its range of products and services across multiple travel categories. Tour Partner Group continues to scale, growing in its existing destinations while also entering a broader range of source markets.
