ABBA Voyage has celebrated one year since the opening of the concert at the ABBA Arena in London. Celebrities including Rina Sawayama, Naomi Campbell, Penny Lancaster, Bob Geldof, John Bishop, Ronnie and Sally Wood, Sir Ian McKellen and many more gathered at the ABBA Arena to celebrate the milestone performance, alongside Benny, Björn and Anni-Frid.

Celebrating a year of success, Björn Ulvaeus of ABBA said, “So, the second year has begun! We had almost, but not quite dared to count on it, and going into the second year with over 300 sold-out concerts behind us is more than we could ever have dreamed of! The word of mouth on social media and the outpouring of love has been overwhelming! Having attended the opening night together, we’ve been dropping in one by one, now and then during this first year. We’ve always found the arena full of expectant and enthusiastic people, the warmth and the positive energy almost palpable. The emotional connection between stage and auditorium is so moving and it is as though everyone can feel how much of ourselves we’ve infused in the four on stage.”

Since opening on 27 May 2022, ABBA Voyage has welcomed over one million fans, travelling from far and wide across the globe to witness ABBA taking to the stage as digital avatars at the purpose built arena located at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The event has had a revolving door of VIP’s coming through the doors, including the likes of Tom Hanks, Dua Lipa, Graham Norton, Mae Muller, Jack Whitehall, Olivia Rodrigo, Sir Barry Gibb and event British royalty, Queen Camilla.
