Arsenal Football Club have been nominated for the Best Football Club Stadium Experience award at the Football Business Awards 2025, taking place on Friday 9 May 2025.
This is award covers a wide range of stadium-based fan experiences, which could include catering, ticketing, staffing, non-football activities and more. On this occasion, Arsenal have been nominated for their stadium tours.
In 2024 Arsenal redesigned their audio tour device and guide with digital media specialists, Imagineear. The upgrades included:
- A modernised look and feel of the guide, making the user interface clean, eye-catching and dynamic, reflecting the experience supporters would have using their smartphones.
- Refreshed content, with more on-screen activities and exclusive footage, including interviews with Arsenal legends such as David Seaman, dynamic infographics on their men’s and women’s teams and interactive quizzes.
- An updated tour script, reflecting a new tone of voice, and a new tour voiceover.
- More focus on Arsenal Women, doubling the content and featuring an exclusive interview with legend Alex Scott.
- Accessible and inclusive content, with information now available visually and aurally.
