The LEGO Group and LEGOLAND Resorts are introducing a global festival celebrating creativity, fun and imagination. The festival will be held at LEGOLAND® Windsor, and six other resorts worldwide.
Held every weekend in May, leading up to World Play Day on 11 June, the LEGO Festival 2025 includes five immersive zones and over 49 new big build LEGO® models designed to inspire play in different ways
Fiona Eastwood, CEO, Merlin Entertainments said, “LEGOLAND Resorts have always been a ‘child’s first’ experience of a theme park – who better to deliver their first festival experience? Together with the LEGO Group, we’ve created the ultimate way to discover and experience the power of creative play with the hopes of sparking imaginations, social connection, self-expression and learning. As a first festival for Merlin Entertainments, we wanted to be sure LEGO Festival is a place for fun and memorable experiences for the entire family, where imaginations can run wild and creativity knows no limits. LEGO Festival will embody what LEGOLAND is all about – play as a way of life.”
In addition to the festival, at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort there are over 55 rides and attractions. The LEGOLAND® park has lots to offer for families with children between the ages of 2 and 12 – enough for several days of fun and action. The LEGOLAND experience can continue after park closing time in the LEGOLAND Resort Hotels, where visitors can spend the night in one of the fully themed bedrooms.
LEGOLAND parks are part of the Merlin Entertainments Group, which operates over 130 attractions, 19 hotels and 6 holiday villages in 25 countries and across 4 continents. Its brands include such as Alton Towers Resort, THORPE PARK Resort, SEA LIFE centres, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, The London Eye and Warwick Castle.
