Battersea Power Station will host ‘Good Fit’ between 10 March and 6 April – a calendar of free and ticketed activities designed to showcase how exercise and mindfulness can bring joy and empowerment. Attendees can discover their ‘good fit’, whether they are entirely new to fitness and wellness or experienced enthusiasts.
On 12 March, physician, mental fitness advocate and podcaster Dr Alex George will host ‘Stomp & Talk’, where guests can join him for a walk in Battersea Park, followed by an intimate Q&A at Battersea Power Station. The event aims to highlight how walking is excellent for the mind, mood, and body, as well as for walking with company. Dr Alex is an expert in the field and hosts his podcast, The Stompcast, with a mission to get everyone outside stomping to improve mental health.
Dr Alex George said, “I’m thrilled to be working with Battersea Power Station on Stomp & Talk as part of the ‘Good Fit’ event series. With my podcast Stompcast, I’m on a mission to inspire and encourage people to spend more time outdoors with others to connect, and boost both their mental and physical health. I’m excited to bring this to life at such an iconic location and show more people that walking and talking to those around them can be such a powerful way to make them feel good.”
On 13 and 20 March, attendees can restore balance at the Power Station’s chimney lift experience, Lift 109, participating in a Sky High Reset: EFT Tapping Workshop. Led by intuitive psychology coach Holly Matthews, these sessions offer a simple yet powerful method of easing anxiety by tapping on the body’s key energy points – all while soaking in skyline views from 109 metres above London.

Making the most of the outside space available at Battersea Power Station, Third Space will take over The Coaling Jetty on the River Thames with a Sunset HIIT class on 18 and 19 March. Participants will work up a sweat with the Power Station and its chimneys as the backdrop.
Those wanting to push their fitness limits even further can participate in an al fresco Hyrox-style boot camp session on 22 March with Be Military Fit on The Coaling Jetty. Adidas will celebrate the launch of its new running shoes, ‘Supernova,’ with a special run club event starting at the Battersea Power Station store.
On 5 April, Rocket Padel will partner with Padel With Holly and Blanc Space Studios to host ‘Core & Court: Pilates x Padel’, a women’s-only event at London’s only riverside padel courts designed to uplift, energise, and connect. Participants will step onto the court for a fun padel session, starting with a mat Pilates session to centre and strengthen the body.
In addition to exercise and mindfulness classes, several brands involved in the ‘Good Fit’ event series will host educational and inspiring panel talks. One is Biowell Health, a cutting-edge wellness hub combining advanced bio-stacking therapies and personalised health plans. It will open its flagship health centre in the riverside neighbourhood at the end of February. Biowell will host two special talks on how participants can hack their way to their deepest sleep and a session focused on metabolic mastery, where guests can learn how to boost energy and optimise their fitness recovery.
Kate Boothman-Meier, Head of Communications & Marketing at Battersea Power Station Development Company said, “Battersea Power Station has an extremely strong health and wellness offering, which continues to grow, and our new ‘Good Fit’ event series is a fantastic way for local residents, office workers based on site and visitors to the riverside neighbourhood to discover this. We’re always elevating our annual events programme, and through ‘Good Fit’ people can try a range of different workouts and wellness practices, guided by some incredible experts from our brand partners, so they can find the ones they enjoy the most to keep their mental and physical wellbeing in check long-term.”
