Dalata Hotel Group Plc has created 75 new jobs by opening a 268-guestroom hotel in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
The Maldron Hotel Liverpool, a four-star property and the first hotel in Liverpool by the Dalata Hotel Group, is strategically situated on Park Lane. This location offers convenient access to key attractions, being only a four-minute walk from the Liverpool One retail complex and 15 minutes from Lime Street Station.
The Maldron Hotel Liverpool provides stylish and comfortable bedrooms, along with amenities such as a bar, restaurant, and onsite gym. As the Dalata Hotel Group’s 55th property, it is one of five new hotels the group is launching this year in the UK, including four in Manchester. The hotel features the Grain & Grill restaurant, renowned for its well-curated selection of dishes, and the Red Bean Roastery coffee dock, offering freshly prepared barista coffee. Designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, the hotel ranks among the top 10% of new non-domestic buildings in the UK for environmental performance.

The newly opened Maldron Hotel Liverpool features a contemporary ground floor lobby equipped with convenient self-check-in pods, a spacious dining and bar area, and a well-equipped fitness suite. The hotel offers a variety of comfortable and stylish room options, including deluxe double bedrooms, deluxe single rooms, executive king rooms, and accessible rooms. Each room is furnished with rainfall showers, modern wooden floors, air-conditioning, and USB-C charge points.
