The Belfry Hotel & Resort has reported that demand for The Masters Suite, its upcoming flagship events venue, has reached £43 million in enquiries, with six months remaining until its official opening in September.

The venue, designed as a versatile space for conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and other large-scale events, has already secured £3.8 million in confirmed bookings. This includes over 20 weddings and a range of corporate and private events from high-profile clients.

Among the events scheduled, the Meetings Industry Association (MIA) will host its MIA awards at The Masters Suite in November 2025, while 59club, a customer service analysis and training provider, has also confirmed that its Service Excellence Awards will take place at the venue.

The Belfry continues to prepare for the launch, with interest in the venue remaining strong as the countdown to its opening progresses.

Chris Eigelaar, Resort Director at The Belfry Hotel & Resort said, “After years of dedication and unrelenting hard work by everyone here at The Belfry, it’s incredible to now be this close to opening The Masters Suite. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind venue, and I can’t wait to see how it will be utilised to create events as engaging and original as the space they’re hosted in.”

Katie Niland, Commercial Director at The Belfry Hotel & Resort said, “We’re honoured by the phenomenal level of interest in The Masters Suite, knowing it speaks to the immense confidence there is in the industry for the resort’s ability to deliver. We’ve also had overwhelming support from our industry, our existing and new clients, and agencies.  We’re determined to ensure The Masters Suite not only meets needs, but exceeds expectations.”

With construction progressing ahead of schedule, The Belfry Hotel & Resort has confirmed that The Masters Suite will open one month earlier than initially planned. The venue will include a spacious pre-function area with floor-to-ceiling views overlooking the Brabazon golf course, a mezzanine level, an executive boardroom, and an outdoor terrace.

In addition to the events space, 149 new bedrooms are now available for booking. Among them is the resort’s first-ever two-bedroom suite, alongside a selection of signature and superior rooms and suites with balconies offering views over The Brabazon. The rooms have a modern, elegant aesthetic and feature high-quality amenities.

The Masters Suite forms part of an £85 million redevelopment that will nearly double the resort’s size. Also included in the project is a new leisure and fitness club, set to open in September 2025. The facility will consist of four studios – one of which will be a large-capacity spin studio, alongside a Reformer Pilates programme – along with a gym equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, a multipurpose sports hall, a swimming pool with a family-friendly slide, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a café.
