Style lovers looking to make a statement this summer can look forward to the arrival of new fashion pop-ups and boutique openings at Bicester Village. Alongside these, Bicester Village has also launched its al fresco Summer Garden Terrace, complete with summer entertainment and indulgent food and drink, making it the perfect place to relax a guests shop in the Village.
New Pop-Ups & Boutiques
From August, visitors can follow in the footsteps of Gwyneth Paltrow, Olivia Palermo and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as Venetian brand Golden Goose will showcase its opulent collection of innovative, artisan trainers and apparel with a modern style and a vintage feel.
Footwear from Penelope Chilvers will also be at Bicester Village in August, its contemporary styles loved by the Duchess of Cambridge, Rihanna, and Alexa Chung. The boutique will offer a wide range of styles from festival-ready boots to relaxed summer pumps.
Modern British luxe jeweller Monica Vinander, loved by Bella Hadid and Emma Watson, will also open its doors this summer. Offering a collection of vibrant gemstones, cutting-edge diamond pieces, and, exclusive to Bicester Village, the Signature Bangle.
British designer Tom Dixon will also be making his Bicester Village debut. The boutique will showcase the very best of his superior lighting and home accessory brands.
Meanwhile, Neom Organics, the British luxury wellness brand, will open a glasshouse pop-up with a selection of 100% natural wax candles and therapeutic fragrances, with essential oils to nurture the body, support the mind and boost well-being. The brand will be offering gift sets exclusive to Bicester Village.
Summer Dining & Entertainment
Two new sit-down dining experiences will open at Bicester Village this summer for those who prefer a leisurely lunch during their shopping day. Cafe Wolseley, Corbin & King’s first restaurant outside London, will feature classic The Wolseley favourites, together with new additions such as Tarte Flambee, and a selection of seasonal salads. A takeaway counter will offer the option of enjoying Cafe Wolseley cuisine on the go. Together with the culinary offering, there will also be a dedicated space for the Wolseley’s growing retail collection, which includes candles, glassware and silverware, as well as more edible gifts such as Florentines, shortbreads, and loose-leaf teas.
Summer shoppers will also be treated to Snowflake’s luxury gelato pop-up where guests can create a ‘gelato stix’ by selecting your chocolate preference and customising with an array of toppings. For a more obscure treat, try the Avolato – a handmade vegan, gluten-free avocado-shaped gelato dessert complete with edible ‘superfood’ stone – beautifully served in a natural avocado half-skin.
Bicester Village will also be hosting sensational jazz sessions on its Summer Garden Terrace every weekend from June until the end of August. Guests will be able to unwind as they listen to the relaxing tunes and indulge in three decadent food and drink bars. For Wimbledon tennis fans, The Artisan Strawberry Van will be offering strawberries and cream with a combination of toppings, a choice of champagne and strawberry beer. Meanwhile, The Oxford Artisan Distillery (TOAD) will be serving an array of gin-based cocktails and, for delicious non-alcoholic alternatives, guests can sample from Seedlip.
To make the most of the long summer evenings and ensure visitors maximise their shopping time, Bicester Village will be operating extended hours from 9 am to 9pm Monday to Wednesday, and from 9am to 10pm every Thursday to Saturday in July and August.
