Christmas shoppers looking to take a break or end their day with a treat with family and friends can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of London with a special Brigit’s Bakery Gin Lovers Afternoon Tea Bus Tour or Christmas Afternoon Tea Bus Tour.
Created in partnership with Harrogate-based premium gin brand Slingsby, Brigit’s Gin Lovers Afternoon Tea Bus Tour is the only gin bus tour London has to offer. Tours on the charming, vintage Routemaster bus take in some of London’s most iconic landmarks including the London Eye, Westminster Abbey and Marble Arch. During the 90-minute tour guests can savour a delicious Brigit’s Bakery Afternoon Tea, complete with gin-infused cake, and sip on three different Gin & Tonics from the Slingsby collection.
The tours depart on Fridays at 18:30 from No. 8 Northumberland Avenue and on Saturdays at 17:30 from Victoria Coach Station. Additional tours may be added on Saturdays at 17:00 from Victoria Coach Station. This tour is for adults only and prices start from £62.50 per person.
For a more festive occasion, join Brigit’s Christmas Afternoon Tea Bus Tour to take in capital’s Christmas lights whilst enjoying a Christmassy afternoon tea. For 2021, the Christmas-inspired menu includes chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, choux pastry with pistachio cream and cranberry compote, served alongside classic scones with clotted cream and jam, in addition to a selection of Brigit’s teas.
Brigit’s Christmas menu will be available from 18 November 2021 until 9 January 2022, with five daily departures at 12:00, 12:30, 14:30, 15:00, and 17:00. The last departure of each day will take a unique route along Regent’s Street to enjoy the Christmas lights. Tickets start from £45 and bookings can be made online at b-bakery.com.
