Guanxi has announced that this year’s Chinese Tourism Leaders’ Dinner will take place on Monday 4 November at a new venue in London. The event is attended by 40-50 key players from LVEPs/DMOs, hotels, attractions, tour operators and travel companies focusing on the Chinese inbound market.
Now in its seventh year, the Chinese Tourism Leaders’ Dinner has traditionally been held on the Sunday before World Travel Market. However, following World Travel Market’s decision to move its dates from Tuesday to Thursday this year and after surveying previous attendees, the organiser, Guanxi, has moved the event to Monday evening.
The survey responses also indicated an interest in trying out a new venue. This year, the event will be held for the first time at Meeting Noodles, a Chinese restaurant on Grays Inn Road, convenient to Holburn, Chancery Lane, and Farringdon stations. It will be held exclusively in the restaurant.
The evening will be supported by London North Eastern Railway, with two additional sponsors sought.
