Registrations are now open for the Guanxi China Roadshow 2024.
Taking place from 2 to 6 December 2024, this roadshow gives 12 UK suppliers the chance to engage with Chinese buyers. This is an opportunity to connect with the Chinese travel trade in Beijing, and in the fast-growing, new Tier One city of Chengdu, home to China’s famous pandas.
The intimate nature of the roadshow will deliver personal attention to each delegate, with the opportunity to learn more about the landscape of the Chinese travel market at briefings, informal dinners and 1-to-1 conversations with Guanxi’s team from the UK and China.
In addition to two full-day workshops, the trip will include a day visiting the head offices of major Chinese travel players, such as wholesaler U-Tour and tour operator, CYTS. This is an opportunity for the delegates to hear from the partners themselves, their forecasts of the market from China to the UK, the support they expect from suppliers, their challenges, and any areas of opportunity.
The roadshow also includes a visit to the Chengdu Panda Nature Reserve, and there will be an optional trip to the Great Wall of China (subject to interest).
