IFS Cloud Cable Car will host free wellbeing events from 20 to 24 January 2025. Designed to inspire creativity, encourage mindfulness and promote health, each activity includes a complimentary round-trip ride on the IFS Cloud Cable Car.
Brew and Paint (20 January)
This guided painting session offers participants step-by-step instructions on how to create their artwork. Suitable for individuals of all skill levels, the event includes hot beverages and the opportunity to connect with other attendees.
Pottery Painting (21 January)
This creative workshop lets visitors decorate pottery items like mugs, side plates, or bowls. The activity is open to all ages and provides an engaging environment to explore artistic expression.
The Line – Wellbeing Walk (22 January)
A guided walk along the Greenwich Peninsula in collaboration with The Line, East London’s public art walk, will focus on mindfulness and wellbeing. The route includes sculptures along the Thames path and incorporates mindfulness exercises such as breathing techniques and water meditations. The session concludes with a reflective writing activity and refreshments at the cable car terminal.
Arts and Crafts Session (23 January)
This session includes tote bag decorating and bracelet making, allowing visitors to personalise a canvas bag and create custom jewellery.
Reformer Pilates Session (24 January)
A Reformer Pilates session will be held at Sunday Studios near the IFS Cloud Cable Car terminal. The class will focus on foundational movements, alignment, and core engagement, offering a supportive introduction to Pilates for beginners.
