Kynren – An Epic Tale of England is hosting an exclusive preview night ahead of its 10th anniversary season. Taking place on Saturday 5 July 2025, this special event offers travel trade the opportunity to preview the outdoor theatre spectacular before its nine-show summer run begins on 19 July 2025.
Following the recent announcement of The Storied Lands – a new time-travelling theme park – the event will also provide a first glimpse into this development and what visitors can expect when it launches in 2026. Attendees can explore the Viking Village pre-show experience and learn more about the ambitious plans for the future before settling in at sunset to witness Kynren’s performance.
Performed against the backdrop of Auckland Palace, this outdoor spectacle takes audiences on a spellbinding journey through 2,000 years of English history. Kynren is a live-action show that portrays historical events through sets, choreography, stunts, equestrian displays, and special effects. It focuses on ordinary people’s resilience, courage, and spirit during extraordinary times.
