Heather Matthews, Managing Director of Little’s Chauffeur Drive has been shortlisted as one of the UK’s top eight Female Business Leaders at the British Business Awards 2025. This recognition highlights Heather’s leadership at Little’s and her impact on the industry.
Heather joins a lineup of finalists in her category, which includes Vikki Jackson-Smith, J&B Recycling; Brenda McLeish, Learning Curve Group; Dr Poonam Gupta OBE, PG Paper; Helen Watson, Rothschild & Co; Jen Mair, Martin Currie; Lesley Larg, Thorntons; and Charlotte Stagg and Jessica Lancaster, Cocopup. This celebration of visionary leadership and women’s empowerment in business highlights the achievements of all the nominees.
The British Business Awards celebrate excellence across multiple industries, with 143 companies across 18 categories competing for top honours. Finalists range from global giants such as Dell Technologies and Hewlett-Packard, to UK leaders including Scottish Power, Greggs, and The Weir Group. The winners will be announced on 24 April 2025 at a ceremony attended by over 2,000 business leaders.

Beyond celebrating business excellence, the awards also support Social Bite, a charity dedicated to tackling homelessness. The event aims to raise £1 million with a special fundraising lunch hosted in partnership with Gleneagles Hotel.
