London and Partners’ Let’s Do London 2023 campaign, targeting audiences in Germany and France, came to an end in September.

The campaign highlighted the city’s distinctive and diverse visitor experiences, as well as bringing together the world’s best hospitality, culture, nightlife and retail venues to promote everything London has to offer visitors from around the world.

Strong campaign recall and influence suggests the creative evolution of Let’s Do London has resonated with the target audience. This included the introduction of the campaign framing device, inclusion of people or a human element and with a more conversational tone-of-voice, to help bring the visual story to life.

London & Partners continued to use the dynamic triptych to showcase the diverse range of experiences and attractions on offer, aligned to the audience motivators. They also continued to use strong colour matching, which gave the creative a strong, standout identity.

A key influence in the campaign’s success was working closely with the tourism industry who helped inspire key audiences and ensured the maximum return of investment for London.

Tripadvisor was their partner and call to action for this year’s Let’s Do London campaign, featuring a new Let’s Do London and Tripadvisor hub. The partnership aimed to help drive incremental reach and engagement among the target audiences through Tripadvisor’s platform and channels.

The Let’s Do London campaign is commissioned by the London Tourism Advisory Group, delivered by London & Partners and supported by the Mayor of London and key tourism stakeholders.
