McKinlay Kidd has announced that the company is transitioning to employee ownership, ensuring a continued focus on delivering exceptional travel experiences whilst maintaining its core values.

Over the past 21 years, McKinlay Kidd has grown to a team of 25 dedicated employees, primarily based at its central Glasgow office. The company has built a strong reputation for crafting unique and memorable holidays, and this commitment will remain unchanged.

Under this new structure, McKinlay Kidd will continue to operate under its established brand, with Managing Director Zoe Davidson leading the company. Heather McKinlay and Non-Executive Chair Richard Carrick will support her on the board.

The company’s shares will now be fully owned by the McKinlay Kidd Employee Ownership Trust, which aims to benefit the company’s employees. The trust board includes Robert Kidd, employee trustee Roisin Kelly, and independent trustee Innes Chalmers.
