Blenheim Palace has announced that English sparkling wine producer Nyetimber is bringing its reimagined 1968 Routemaster Bus to the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
For a limited time only, from 6 to 7 April 2024, at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm, visitors can take in the views at Blenheim Palace aboard the Nyetimber Bus whilst enjoying a tutored tasting session consisting of three glasses of Nyetimber English sparkling wine for £40 per person.
During the residency, Blenheim Palace visitors can also enjoy a glass of award-winning Nyetimber English sparkling wine either aboard the bus between 11am and 5pm as well as inside the newly refurbished Orangery. The Nyetimber Bus will be stationed in the Courtyard outside the Orangery at Blenheim Palace.
Heather Carter, Managing Director at Blenheim Palace said, “We look forward to welcoming the vintage Nyetimber Bus which will look and feel right at home here at Blenheim Palace given the synergy between our two brands. We’re always looking for ways to excite and inspire our visitors and offer them incredible new experiences, and we guarantee that this is one not to be missed!”
In addition to the daytime residency, there is the opportunity for exclusive evening hire of the Nyetimber Bus during its time at Blenheim Palace for larger groups and businesses searching for a unique experience.
This Nyetimber experience at Blenheim Palace is in celebration of the sparkling partnership between the two quintessentially British brands. In addition to Nyetimber being served across the Palace and at various activations and events, the duo recently hosted a successful event to celebrate the reopening of the renowned Blenheim Palace Orangery following vital £2 million restoration works and a complete interior transformation.
