Pinpoint Britain is set to roll out a series of new special interest itineraries specifically for the American market.
The new themed tours focus on the historical and cultural ties between North America and England, featuring historical, cultural and heritage-rich destinations across England.
The launch coincides with the 75th anniversary of the D-Day Landings, while 2020 marks the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower sailing.
The tours are customised around the D-Day special relationships and the Mayflower sailing, as well as multi-generational tours, royalty, and film and TV themes.
Themed itineraries from Pinpoint Britain are suitable for groups, families and individual travellers, and include all accommodation, transfers, tour guides and entrance to visitor attractions.
Tricia Handley-Hughes, Director of Pinpoint Britain said, “As part of this new product offering, we have crafted a series of unique, tailored made itineraries that will take visitors on an immersive journey.
“We are excited that our product has been selected by the US Connections project and that we are one of its chosen travel partners.”
US Connections is a major collaboration between 13 destinations led by Destination Plymouth to develop new English-themed visitor experiences targeted specifically to American visitors, ahead of the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower’s historic voyage from Plymouth.
