Up at The O2 will bring the Stars of the West End to the famous roof of The O2 this September for London’s highest performances of musical hits. Taking place across select musical-filled climbs, the venue’s 52m-high summit platform will be transformed into a West End stage, where climbers will be treated to a performance of musical hits from West End collective and performance group ROCK ON!
The performances will feature a mix of musical classics, popular medleys, and rock-inspired hits, all presented in four-part harmonies. Five prominent vocalists from London’s West End, with credits including Matilda The Musical, We Will Rock You, Rock Of Ages, The Choir Of Man, Bat Out Of Hell, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Time Traveller’s Wife, and RENT, will offer a diverse musical experience for all attendees.
On Thursday 19 September, Friday 20 September, Thursday 26 September, and Friday 27 September, the Stars of the West End will perform on the roof during select Twilight Climbs at 19:00, 19:30, and 20:00. After a guided climb over The O2 arena, climbers will have extended time on the roof to enjoy a 20-minute performance of musical hits at the summit. Attendees will also receive a complimentary KitKat from Nestlé and can take in panoramic views of the illuminated London skyline.
This event is for those aged 18 and over, with tickets priced at £45 per person—just £7 more than a standard Twilight Climb. Advance booking is required.
Up at The O2 offers various climb types throughout the year, including Daytime, Twilight, Sunset, and Celebration Climbs (which include a glass of bubbly at the summit), starting from £35 per person. Climbs are available for ages eight and up and accommodate all fitness levels.
