The European Commission has developed guidance for EU member states on how it is preparing for a “No Deal” scenario and includes advice for EU citizens and businesses on how to prepare with regards to key areas such as transport, customs arrangements, personal data etc.
The document also states that EU member states should not enter bilateral discussions and agreements with the United Kingdom as these will be conducted centrally for implementation by all EU members.
