UKinbound recognises the huge challenges that are currently facing the UK travel and tourism industry (and the travel industry around the world) due to the impact of COVID-19. These are desperate times for many businesses who are facing the prospect of earning zero revenue for many months and at the same time handling multiple cancellations, postponements and refunds for international and domestic visitors.
It is important that as far as is possible, the industry is as flexible as it can be with each other on cancellation and postponement of tickets and other charges.
