TRAVEL CONNECTION is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The DMC, established in 1992, specialises in MICE and sports groups. With experienced Senior MICE Project Managers based in London, Scotland, and Spain, the company delivers executed events, ranging from congresses and incentive trips to thrilling sports experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- As a key team member, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers.
- You will plan and execute events, incentive trips and conventions across the UK and Ireland, from the first call to event delivery.
- The role includes venue sourcing, preparing budgets, quotes, contracts, and post-event reports.
- Handle clients’ presentations and logistics.
- Oversee on-site event coordination and management.
Key skills & experience:
- Previous events industry experience (minimum one year).
- Resourceful, energetic, goal-focused.
- A second language is a bonus, preferably Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
