Key responsibilities:
- Design and plan bespoke tours that highlight Scotland’s rich history, stunning landscapes, and cultural treasures.
- Handle enquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms, providing exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with chauffeurs and other team members to ensure seamless tour execution.
- Tailor tours to meet the specific interests and preferences of each client, ensuring a unique and personalised experience.
- Address and resolve any issues or changes in tour plans promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client interactions.
Key skills & experience:
- You have an in-depth knowledge of Scotland’s history, culture, and attractions, and a passion for sharing it with others.
- You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and can anticipate client needs.
